What is Naturopathic Medicine? 

Naturopathic medicine is exactly that…natural. Our bodies have the ability to heal themselves when given the support, tools and techniques to do so. By addressing the whole or the holistic nature of how our bodies function, balance can be restored on an emotional, physical and spiritual level. Instead of only treating a few symptoms of a disease, naturopathic medicine begins with identifying the root cause of any illness and supports the body from the inside outward; starting with the basics of hydration and nutrition. As the healing process begins we then address the specific organ systems within the body, continuing to nurture the body's innate healing ability.
